The new 7 class base Primary School along with a single Nursery School has been constructed to the current DE standard are located on a green field site adjacent to the existing school

This Design and Build project included site works, landscaping, drainage, mechanical, electrical and other ancillary works

Heat within the new Primary School is generated utilising two Ideal Evomax 2 LPG condensing gas boilers.  These boilers are connected in a cascade arrangement and are fully modulating.  They serve to heat an underfloor heating circuit.  The Underfloor Heating serves eight manifolds distributed throughout the school and nursery, each having its own BMS Panel.  These eight panels are in turn wired back to the main control panel located in the boilerhouse.

BMS controls and functions are assessable to the appropriate school staff through a front end panel on which time and temperature settings can be reset to suit school schedules

Domestic hot water within the school is generated by an Andrews direct gas fired water heater

The School Meals Accommodation has an ACV Heatmaster to service kitchen heating and domestic hot water requirements
